All full-time T-Solutions employees are offered the following Company Benefits:

MEDICAL INSURANCE
T-Solutions, Inc pays the majority of the cost for full-time employees to participate in a health plan specifically designed for their location.

  • Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield PPO Health Plan is offered to employees working in the Continental United States (CONUS).
  • Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield HMO Health Plan is offered to employees working or living in Virginia.
  • HMSA Blue Cross and Blue Shield HMO Health Plan is offered to employees working in the state of Hawaii.
  • Cigna International Health Plan is offered to international employees (expatriates) working in Sasebo, Japan and Yokosuka, Japan.

These programs provide a wide range of health care services within a network of participating doctors and hospitals.

PRESCRIPTION DRUG PLAN
All medical plans include prescription drug coverage.

DENTAL INSURANCE
  • MetLife is offered to employees working in CONUS and Hawaii.
  • Cigna International is offered to employees working in Sasebo, Japan and Yokosuka, Japan.

VISION INSURANCE
  • EyeMed is offered to employees working in CONUS and Hawaii.
  • T-Solutions Vision Plan (self-insured) is offered to employees working overseas in Sasebo, Japan and Yokosuka, Japan.

Both plans provide members with annual eye exams, frames, lenses and other services.

TERM LIFE INSURANCE

Company Paid Basic Term Life Coverage
T-Solutions, Inc. provides Company paid group term life insurance equal to 1½ times employees annual base salary rounded up to the nearest $1,000. The maximum benefit is $400,000.

Voluntary Post Tax Term Life Coverage
The Voluntary term life premium is based upon the employee's age at the date of hire and, thereafter, his/her age on January 1 of each plan year. Voluntary coverage may be elected in $10,000 increments up to a maximum amount of $500,000 (not to exceed 5X salary).

Spouse life insurance coverage may be elected in $10,000 increments up to a maximum amount of $500,000 (not to exceed 5X salary).

Coverage is available for all your children from 14 days after live birth in increments of $2,000 to $10,000, not to exceed 50% of the employee optional term life coverage amount.

ACCIDENTAL DEATH & DISMEMBERMENT INSURANCE

Company Paid Basic AD&D Coverage
T-Solutions, Inc. provides Company paid AD&D insurance equal to 1½ times their employees base salary rounded up to the nearest $1,000. The minimum benefit is $50,000 and the maximum benefit is $400,000.

Voluntary Post Tax AD&D Coverage
Coverage may be elected in $100,000 increments to a maximum amount of $500,000. The coverage may be elected for Employee Only or Employee and Family.

COMPANY PAID TRAVEL ACCIDENT
T-Solutions, Inc. provides employees with Travel Accident Insurance that is equal to $300,000, in the event that the employee dies accidentally while on business travel.

COMPANY PAID SHORT TERM DISABILITY (STD)
Short Term Disability protects employees from loss of income during periods of hospitalization or physician-certified disability. T-Solutions provides this benefit without cost to the employees once all employee accumulated leave has been used.

Employees receive a weekly taxable benefit equal to 80% of their regular wages to a maximum weekly benefit of $2,308 up through the ninetieth (90th) calendar day of disability.

COMPANY PAID LONG TERM DISABILITY (LTD)
Long Term Disability insurance provides the disabled employee with 60% of income beginning on the 91st calendar day of disability. The monthly benefit amount is equal to 60% of covered monthly earnings. The maximum monthly benefit paid under the plan is $8,000.

FLEX PLAN
T-Solutions, Inc. offers full-time employees participation in a Section 125 qualified Flex Plan. There are three parts to this Flex Plan. Employees may direct tax-free dollars to any of the following areas:
  • Medical, Dental Reimbursement
  • Dependent Care Reimbursement
  • Other Insurance Reimbursement

RETIREMENT
Full-time and Part-time employees are eligible to participate in the T-Solutions 401k plan.

Under the plan, you may defer part of your compensation by having it contributed directly to the Plan where it is maintained in your deferral account. By doing so, the employee reduces the amount of his taxable compensation. The employee is not taxed on the compensation deferred, any employer contributions or any increase in the value of the account until these amounts are distributed from the plan.

T-Solutions, Inc contributes to each participant’s 401(k) account on a matching contribution basis. The match is 30% of the first $5,000 to a maximum of $1,500 annually. The 401(k) matching contribution is made quarterly.

Employee as well as employer contributions are fully vested immediately upon participation in the retirement plan. Participants may choose from among twenty-four mutual funds.

TUITION REIMBURSEMENT
T-Solutions, Inc. provides tuition reimbursement for the successful completion of job related course work up to $5,000.00 annually. Request for tuition reimbursement will be approved by the President.

VOLUNTARY PREPAID LEGAL PLAN
Employees may receive legal assistance paid at 100% for designated services (pre-existing restrictions apply) such as wills, contract reviews, and uncontested divorce. In addition, the plan has a National Protection Rider that provides access to over 5,000 law firms nationwide.

IDENTITY THEFT PLAN
T-Solutions recognizes the growing threat of Identity Theft in the world and the repercussion of this crime. Therefore, we offer a company paid Identity Theft plan. This benefit, available through Prepaid Legal Services, Inc., offers employees and their spouses an up-to-date Experian credit report, credit score and analysis, continuous monitoring of your credit file at Experian, and identity restoration if you fall victim to Identity Theft.

COMPANY PAID EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PLAN (EAP)
T-Solutions, Inc. recognizes that employees and their families cope with many stressful situations. This Company paid benefit offers employees and their eligible dependents, diagnostic counseling services designed to help address personal problems such as: Financial Difficulties, Job Related Issues, Emotional Concerns, Substance Abuse, Family Problems and Legal Entanglements.

VOLUNTARY PET INSURANCE
Employees may elect pet insurance from VPI at a 5% discount. A VPI Pet Insurance policy provides reimbursement coverage for your pet's eligible medical treatments, surgeries, lab fees, X-rays, prescriptions and more, so that you can make optimal healthcare decisions for your pet based on your veterinarian's recommendation, rather than on the cost of treatment.

PAID ANNUAL LEAVE
T-Solutions, Inc. provides full-time employees with paid annual leave based on length of service with the Company.

HOLIDAYS
T-Solutions, Inc. provides full-time employees with ten (10) paid holidays each year. Full-time employees receive eight (8) hours of pay for each holiday.

JURY DUTY
T-Solutions, Inc. recognizes jury duty as a public service and encourages employees to do their civic duty when called. The Company will pay an employee serving on jury duty, their normal T-Solutions, Inc. earnings for a period of up to 2 weeks.

MILITARY LEAVE
T-Solutions, Inc. will make up the difference between a guardsman or reservist’s military pay for active duty training and their regular T-Solutions, Inc. earnings.

BEREAVEMENT LEAVE
T-Solutions, Inc. provides full-time employees with up to three days of paid leave at each occurrence of the death of immediate family members.
