Darlene Todd, owner and CEO of T-Solutions, announced
today that T-Solutions has been selected
as the recipient of a 2007 Virginia Vanguard Award by
the Virginia Chamber of Commerce. Alongside 50
distinguished and highly successful Virginia companies,
T-Solutions was honored as the company with the Highest
Overall Growth in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Darlene
and Jim Todd, President of T-Solutions, were pleased to
accept the award on behalf of the entire T-Solutions

Darlene
Todd, owner and CEO of T-Solutions, announced today the
award of a 5 year, $120 million contract to provide the
United States Navy approximately 100 experienced Port
Engineers and support staff. T-Solutions Port Engineers
will, in partnership with their assigned ship’s
Commanding Officer and Navy maintenance teams, monitor,
coordinate and schedule the off-ship maintenance for
their Surface Combatant, Amphibious Warfare, or Mine
Warfare ships. Port Engineers employed by
T-Solutions and their partner, Camber Corporation, will
be assigned in Navy ports throughout the continental
United States and overseas in Hawaii, Japan and Bahrain.

Darlene Todd, owner and CEO
of T-Solutions, announced the modification of our
current T-Solutions prime contract with the National
Railroad Passenger Corporation (Amtrak). Under the terms
of this modification, T-Solutions will partner with
Amtrak to develop a new program; the goals of which are
to increase train availability while improving customer
satisfaction. To accomplish these goals, T-Solutions
will hire specially skilled maintenance engineers
as Train Maintenance Managers, who will monitor,
coordinate, document and schedule all maintenance
requirements for their assigned trains. This
innovative concept will be pioneered on the Acela
fleet.
1 February 2006:
James Todd, President of T-Solutions, today announced
the signing of a two-year contract with option
years to partner with the National
Railroad Passenger Corporation (AMTRAK) in developing a
comprehensive strategic maintenance management plan. A
cornerstone of this plan will be the introduction of
Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) and Conditioned
Based Maintenance (CBM) to Amtrak’s nationwide fleet. As
a nationally recognized pioneer in RCM and CBM
development, T-Solutions goal for this partnership is to
significantly increase the operational availability and
reliability of the passenger rail fleet, streamline
nationwide fleet maintenance operations, and reduce the
financial resource requirements currently necessary to
support fleet operations.
6 January 2006:
Darlene Todd, CEO and Owner of T-Solutions, announced
today the signing of a five year lease which will
quadruple the size of the T-Solutions Headquarters while
permitting the consolidation of all program management
functions in one purpose-built facility. The new 4000
square foot headquarters, located at 131Hanbury Road,
Chesapeake, VA is under construction and expected to be
occupied in mid to late August 2006.

Operation Compassion
After seeing the devastation of hurricane Katrina,
T-Solutions owners donated $5,000 on behalf of the
employees of the company to Operation Compassion as their
contribution to help feed, clothe, and shelter the
victims.
