Scholarship Program
Each year Jim and Darlene choose a current affairs essay topic and request children of full time employees write a response to the topic. Participating students receive a $1,000 college scholarship. To date, T-Solutions has awarded $26,500.


Performance Recognition Program
In March of 2008, Jim and Darlene created a special recognition program known to our employees as a Bravo Zulu (BZ). They designed a special logo & hand selected 2 awards. Many employees are recognized multiple times throughout the year. In 2008, we awarded 27 “BZ” golf shirts & 3 “BZ” embossed leather bags. In 2009, we awarded 32 “BZ” golf shirts & 7 “BZ” embossed leather bags.

Making a Difference in our Community

T-Solutions Paid it Forward in 2009
Each of our employees received $500 and were asked to find people in need to help with the money. T-Solutions collected all the "giving" stories from employees and compiled them in a book. The stories received from employees far exceeded expectations and touched everyone’s hearts.

United Way of South Hampton Roads
T-Solutions has been working with the United Way of South Hampton Roads since 2008 and we successfully ran 2 campaigns raising $9,455.

T-Solutions participated in the United Way Day of Caring September 11, 2009 teaming up with the Children’s Harbor in Chesapeake. Our group donated mulch and flowers and cleaned up the children’s playground areas.

T-Solutions participated in the United Way Day of Caring September 10, 2010 teaming up with the Taylor Bend Family YMCA. We donated $500 for wood to build a fence around their dumpster and restriped the rear parking lot. Our Team

Norfolk Highlands Primary
T-Solutions teamed up with Norfolk Highlands Primary School in Chesapeake, VA to provide tools necessary for a higher quality of education. So far we have been able to donate funds for a class to purchase mats allowing special students to have quiet, private work areas where then can concentrate without distractions.

Chesapeake Police Department
T-Solutions has been working with the Chesapeake Police Department donating annually to support programs for needy children. The donations fund programs such as Shop with a Cop where Police Officers take children and their parents back to school shopping for supplies and at Christmas time Police Officers take parents shopping to buy gifts for their children.

Vetshouse
T-Solutions was a sponsor at a Charity Dinner in 2011 to help provide housing to homeless Veterans in Hampton Roads, Virginia.
