Richard Blomgren of T-Solutions, Inc. has been a dedicated Port Engineer to the USS Russell (DDG 59) and USS O'Kane (DDG 77) since February 2009. He was recently mobilized to Afghanistan and is proudly serving his country. We look forward to his return in 2012.
